Macapuno Crumble Recipe

Makes 4 servings
Baking time 20 minutes

1 340-gram jar macapuno
1⁄3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
6 tablespoons butter, cold, cubed
100 grams polvoron

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).

Divide macapuno among 4 ramekins. Set aside.

Make topping: Crumble polvoron in a bowl.  Add oatmeal and mix well. Using a fork or two knives, cut butter into polvoron mixture until it resembles corn meal. Cover macapuno with polvoron mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are browned. Remove from oven. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
