Sweet Potato: A Fruit or A Vegetable?

Botanically, Sweet Potato is a vegetable. Eating sweet potato is healthy especially on our skin since all vitamins are carried there. There are two kinds of sweet potato, the "Yellow, dry-fleshed" and the "Orange, moist-fleshed".

Sweet Potatoes are rich in starch. From eating it, you will also benefit some nutrients like complex carbohydrates, beta carotene, dietary fiber and vitamins B and C.

Yesterday, I let my self feast on Sweet Potato Fries. I ate it alone...haiz...isn't it supposed to comfort me?
